Product Design

Prepress
Steps include printing imposition, color management, ripping, screening, prepress proofing and graphic output or CTP output.
Printing
We support offset printing (on paper and cardboard), UV offset printing (on PP, PS,PVC, and PET), silver or holographic laminates and lenticular printing.
Post processing
The final touch of the printing process includes varnishing, hot stamping, die cutting, coupling, folding and gluing.
Assembly
Our auto machine produce many types of luxury rigid boxes including 3-sides, puzzle-wrapped, 4-teeths, clamshell, narrow, dvd box, sloped, t-boxes , frustum, and v boxes.
Product Test
